Amway Zealot's identity revealed

After a lot of googling and putting small pieces of information together, the identity of "Insider" or "IBOfightback" has most likely been established.  The identity of the anonymous "Insider who is the "critics' critic" and self appointed expert on Amway and author of the website thetruthaboutamway.com and Amwaywiki.com has been confirmed.

Once one sees the evidence trail and how obvious it was, we have to assume that "Insider" wanted to be found out.

The first and fatal mistake Insider made was to tie all his domain names to his company, asgard.    At first the asgard name was a diversion to me since the search gave me a Delaware corporation and the site pings in San Diego.  Since he claimed to live in Europe I was thrown at first for a loop.  But a little persistance paid off.

If you search for his ISP under thetruthaboutamway.com you can get the ISP number.

The address in Sweden is interesting since insider claimed to live in Europe. 

If you do a whois on number 4 above you see that the owner is a "David Steadson" from Sweden.

Google David Steadson and you get www.steadson.com   A family tree website for the Steadson family: "The ancestry of David John Steadson".   Steadson.com is however hosted on IP 66.135.38.136, and also hosts 129 domains registered to asgard.net

I googled "David Steadson amway" and got a hit to a Finish Website that apparently had a mirror of John Hogland's feedback page.  David Steadson wrote mentioning his group Network 21!  I did a search of my hard drive for "steadson" and also found two old mails from him in the summer of 1999.

I try not be mean, but there's an Amway group here in Australia called IDA thats an offshoot of Yager's. We call them "Idiots Doing Amway" - we suffer all same "perception" issues from people doing dumb things as everyone there.

Insider claimed he lived in Europe so I googled "steadson Europe" and got a hit.

I'm an Australian living in Europe. My partner and her children are Norwegian. I can confirm what other correspondents are saying - Australia is getting very bad press from this.....

A lot more searching reveals more information to connect David Steadson to asgard.net and reveals the first picture.

This site claims he is the owner of asgard.  Here is a picture he posted on the internet.   Use this link!

Now that we know he also lives in Sweden, a search of the phone directory there reveals where he lives.
